Zak Nalder is a construction professional with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the sports and recreational construction industry. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering, Zak has built his career from the ground up—literally. From on-the-job site work to sales, scheduling, materials management, and project leadership, he has done it all across the Southeastern United States.
Throughout his career, Zak has designed and built numerous tennis and pickleball facilities, establishing himself as a specialized expert in concrete work. His deep understanding of every facet of construction—from planning and procurement to execution and quality control—has made him an effective leader of teams managing projects of all sizes, both commercial and residential.
